Who we are

Where discipline meets presence. Where strength meets softness.

Iron & Om was founded by Sabrina Didado Czerwinski to bridge a gap in the wellness world — a space where movement and stillness coexist in harmony. Here, we don’t separate intensity from intention. We train the whole human — body, mind, and spirit. Sabrina is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, certified personal trainer (NASM), 100-hour meditation instructor, competitive bodybuilder, and MBA graduate. She has spent over a decade studying the intersection of the human body, the mind, and the soul — blending anatomy and biomechanics, spiritual and religious philosophy, mindfulness and meditation practices, and high-performance strength and conditioning principles. Her approach is equal parts Iron and Om — balancing the yang of discipline and drive with the yin of rest, recovery, and reflection.

Whether you’re walking in sore from a heavy lift, mentally drained from overtraining, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself, this is a space to realign and recalibrate. Iron & Om serves athletes who want to recover smarter, entrepreneurs who need structure and accountability, people stuck in cycles of overdoing or avoidance who are ready to find balance, spiritual seekers who want to feel more present, and everyday humans who are tired of feeling stressed, scattered, or disconnected.

Our signature offering, the Iron & Om Mentorship, is a subscription-based program that includes a personalized plan tailored to your needs (Iron, Om, or both), weekly live group calls for movement and coaching, daily WhatsApp access for ongoing feedback and encouragement, weekly personal check-ins to adjust your plan, and an ever-growing on-demand library of yoga flows, meditations, and tools. For those local to North Canton, OH, Iron & Om also offers in-person yoga and meditation classes that unite strength training principles with deep recovery work.

This is more than movement. It’s more than poses, workouts, or routines. It’s about returning to yourself — the version of you that is strong, calm, and grounded no matter what life throws your way.
