Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation & no-show policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel your class at least 4 hours before class begins if you are no longer able to attend.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for class and do not cancel, a $19 no-show fee will be charged.
This policy helps us respect our teachers’ time and allows another student the opportunity to take your spot.
what should i bring to class?
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We provide free water if you forget yours.
We provide all props needed for class. Studio mats are available to rent for $5 starting June 1st. We also provide towels, but if you are taking a heated class, you may want to bring a larger towel to place over your mat.
do you have an intro offer?
Yes! We offer a $50 Unlimited Intro Month for new students.
This gives you one full month to take as many classes as you’d like, explore different teachers, try different class styles, and find what feels best for you.
How do I know what class to take?
We offer classes for different needs, experience levels, and energy levels.
If you are looking for something slower, more meditative, or supportive for nervous system repair, we recommend starting with a Yin, Restorative, Reiki, or meditation-based class.
If you are new and just want to get your toes wet, we recommend trying an All-Levels class or a non-heated class first.
If you are looking for something more challenging, try a heated Yoga Sculpt or Power Yoga class. These classes are designed to build heat, strength, endurance, and focus.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it is your first class.
This gives you time to check in, use the restroom, get settled, ask questions, and set up your space before class begins.
Where should I park?
Please park in the spots labeled “Reserved Studio” or in any spots that are not labeled.
Please do not park in the salon parking spots.
If the reserved studio spots are taken, you may park at NAPA next door, along the south side of the building, or behind the building and walk up to the front entrance.
