From high-energy flows to restorative recovery, this space is your training ground for both the body and the breath. Each class incorporates elements of power and stillness, just like the yin/ yang, so you can seamlessly bring what you learned on your mat to your daily life to find more balance.

Iron flow

Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:15-7:15 PM

A movement based, flow yoga class designed to energize your body and sharpen your mind.

This 60-minute flow builds heat through dynamic movement, breath-work, and intentional holds that target blood-flow, endurance, and flexibility. Perfect for gym-goers, athletes, and anybody looking to move their body while maintaining mobility and mental clarity. Expect movement, flow, and intention.

A deep stretch and recovery experience made for hardworking bodies.

This yin yoga class targets tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders using long-held, floor-based postures that release deep fascia and improve joint health. Designed especially for lifters, athletes, and anyone feeling tight or overtrained. Leave feeling recharged, open, and restored.

Tune out the noise and reconnect to stillness.

Sink into stillness with this one-hour class that blends deep yin yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath. The first half of class focuses on long, passive stretches to release tension in the body’s connective tissues. As we transition into gentle restorative poses, you’ll be guided into deeper relaxation while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient tones. This practice is designed to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
